Import contacts from CSV

Export your list from a spreadsheet as CSV (comma separated, UTF-8).

Format

email,first_name,last_name,city,plan
ada@example.com,Ada,Lovelace,Helsinki,pro

• email is required. first_name and last_name are optional.
• Up to 20 extra columns become fields you can use as {{city}} or {{plan}}. Column names are lowercased and spaces become _.
• Up to 20,000 rows and 1 MB per file; split bigger lists.
• Importing an email that already exists updates it instead of duplicating it.
• Invalid addresses are skipped and listed by row number.

Consent

You must confirm everyone agreed to hear from you. Bought or scraped lists damage deliverability for everyone and lead to account suspension.
