Send through SMTP

Many tools can only send through SMTP. Create an SMTP key under API keys and use:
- Port 587 with STARTTLS (or 465 with TLS)
- Username:
cario - Password: your SMTP key
SMTP mail passes through the same checks, suppressions, limits and logs as the API. Add X-Cario-Tags: key=value to tag messages.
